Haberkorn Ulmer Online Shop 1.0

On January 1, 2006 the fusion of Haberkorn Ulmer was officially completed after approximately three years of conversion phase. At the same time the new Haberkorn Ulmer Online Shop was released with a number of new features.

 

Basis for the new Haberkorn Ulmer Online Shop was the latest Ulmer Shop that already was adapted to a Haberkorn online shop in 2004. However at that time a minimum version of the Ulmer shop was created. A lot of features were deactivated and the Haberkorn online shop was also accessible to only a very small group of customers.

 

Differently in the case of the new Haberkorn Ulmer online shop. This covers all features of the Ulmer online shop as well as some new developments.
Thus now e.g. unfinished shopping carts are displayed after the next login and can be reactivated with one click. Further the usage of the ASP.NET ViewState was improved so that the loss of the server session doesn't force the user to renew the login.

 

Likewise the "online shop manager" was revised. It enables Haberkorn Ulmer employees to manage the shop. Account-Requests can be viewed and handled, online catalogs can be added and customer logos can be imported. There are further import programs on the server which are used by administrators of the Haberkorn Ulmer GmbH to import customer logos or all the pdf-files of an online catalog in a single step.
